This can have two reasons, either the cables are not plugged in correctly (you can see it from the view of the cable socket if it is ok) or the network does not do DHCP, this is the automatic address assignment.
In this case you can press SET/SETUP on the remote control. Navigate through the following menu items and set a static IP. The correct values can be found in the router or on a PC (IP address must be unique for each device).
